Use of Indices: 1. Spelling is irregular. Do not expect that the word you are looking for is listed in the index by your spelling. 2. The Control-F function used with any index may find the person desired. 3. If the Control-F function search is not successful, then search the four indices for any document. The first index has the material sorted by plaintiff; the second, by defendant; the third, by county and secondarily by plaintiff; the fourth, by action. 4. Only the Control-F function search or a detailed search (probably under the desired county) will reveal a defendant who is not first defendant. 5. Once you have ascertained the frame and side reference, you may access the document from the document link at the top of the index. |
