REQ1 Indices

Use of Indices:     1. Spelling is irregular. Do not expect that the word you are looking for is listed in the index by your spelling.     2. The Control-F function used with any index may find the person desired.     3. If the Control-F function search is not successful, then search the three indices for any document. The first index has the material sorted by plaintiff; the second, by defendant; the third, by date.     4. Only the Control-F function search or a detailed search will reveal a defendant who is not first plaintiff or first defendant.
